Art Therapist
Stella is an art therapist with 20 years of experience working with many different people and issues. She has gained this experience while employed as an art therapist in the NHS and in private and charitable organisations. Stella has a wide range of skills and experience and has found that art therapy is a very flexible medium that benefits both adults and young people.
Stella provides a supportive and listening environment. Sessions and approaches are designed around the interests of each person. Using art materials and a creative approach can facilitate new ways of seeing; providing time for reflection on the issues and emotions brought to the sessions. A picture may sometimes say what cannot be put into words. Art Therapy can enable you to reconnect with your creativity and to find your strengths.
