Psychotherapist
Lisa is an Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapist with a wealth of experience working across the lifespan with a wide range of difficulties. This includes, bereavement and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression. With over 20 years' experience, Lisa has worked in both NHS settings, private services and within schools both in the UK and internationally. Lisa hopes to support goals to fulfil their personalised therapy goals by creating a warm and nurturing environment aiming to allow the individual to build and develop a therapeutic relationship. Alongside working within the team at Umid, Lisa runs wellbeing and mindfulness retreats. Lisa is fully accredited by the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapists (BACP).
