Clinical Psychologist
Lottie is a Clinical Psychologist who has over a decade of experience working with both young people and adults who are struggling with their mental health. She trained at University College London and has extensive clinical experience within the NHS, with a particular focus on working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, and complex trauma.
Lottie enjoys working in a collaborative way, making space for people to explore how their past experiences impact their present, and helping them to discover what changes can help them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
This making space includes considering areas of difference that may have impacted peoples’ experiences, such as ethnicity, disability, sexuality and gender, and how experiences of prejudice and discrimination may have contributed to the development and continuance of their difficulties.
She has experience working with autistic people, and always strives to adapt therapy to best meet the needs of the person she is seeing.
