Seth has worked within the NHS since 2005, initially as a Registered Mental Health nurse and currently as a BABCP accredited Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist since 2016. Seth has been supporting both adults and adolescents, enabling them to make their lives worth living. Throughout his career, he has gained a very rich experience in working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health problems such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Phobias, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Seth also has a lot of experience in working with individuals dealing with Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, and different types of Personality Disorders. Seth has successfully worked with individuals to address their low self-esteem and lack of assertiveness issues. He has extensive experience in working with people ranging from moderate to severe depression, as well as problems with anger.

Seth is passionate about treating people as individuals and assisting them in making sense of their experiences. Seth also supports individuals in developing the necessary knowledge and skills to progress in their lives. He aims to empower individuals to become their own therapists by equipping them with the appropriate knowledge and skills. With vast experience of working with individuals and their families, he has learned that living with mental health difficulties and chronic health conditions can be intimidating and overwhelming. Therefore, he strives to promote their recovery and functioning through confidence-building and by emphasising the effectiveness of the therapy he provides.
