Art Therapist
Molly is an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist with three years of clinical experience across NHS mental health settings.
She has a strong clinical focus on supporting children, young people and young adults as they navigate complex emotional challenges.
Clinical Experience
Molly's background includes extensive work within NHS inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Her training placements were in NHS community CAMHS and in community adult mental health teams.
She has experience of working with people facing a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma and emotional dysregulation.
Approach to Therapy
Recognising that words alone are not always enough, Molly values the way art materials offer an alternative means of communication. They provide a creative space in which people can explore their internal world and personal experiences.
Her practice is grounded in a psychodynamic framework and is trauma-informed. She offers a safe and collaborative space where clients can process difficult experiences at their own pace.
Molly works relationally, tailoring each session to the needs of the individual and using creative expression to foster insight, resilience and personal growth.
Registration and Professional Membership
Molly is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside the therapy room, Molly enjoys her own creative projects and spending time near the sea.
